Long story short. I purchased DL 2 in 2022 , the deluxe edition that included two future DLCs. I was wondering if I’m eligible to receive the beast for free still so I went ahead and emailed techland directly. They told me I shouldn’t look at what edition I own and rather look at the add-ons I have. They provided a list with all the add-ons that come with ultimate edition. I checked everything and I happen to own every single thing on that list, so by that logic that means I don’t need to purchase ultimate edition? I’m a little confused at this point, and would appreciate some help.

Yep! Already did that, as techland told me , and I own everything that ultimate edition offers. I can provide my DLC list if need be.
