Banu Haqim Charm

Got a question for y'all about a specific charm. Keep contemplating using the Banu Haqim charm but I primarily play with crit mods not charge mods. My issue is i don't understand the terminology and whether or not it'll increase the chances you can get crits. Will it?!

The way they explain it, is that it'll increase charge mod effectiveness. But when I'm looking at all the charms their categorized as either blast mod or crit mod, not charge mod.

I did not really use it so someone correct me if I'm wrong, there are certain mods that, needs to be charged to used, so if I'm quessing it correctly it enhances the speed of the charge itself (eg.: the blast mod needs 3 hit instead of 5 to charge)

Yeah I know that much, just didn't know if it would increase how often it took for crits before it activated
