well,we can't access the store and dl points are 0 which is not true coz I have something like 5000

I'm having this issue at the moment, can't open store ,says techland online services:disconnected ,I even tried starting a bounty on PO and it just says there's an error, but everything is linked correctly and I'm connected to the the internet
