after this new update i keep getting this error when i try to launch, ive tried reinstalling, verifying files, reinstalling steam, etc. and it just keeps doing it and i do not know why

well i mean i reinstalled steam 5x on both drives tried launching it restarted pc redownloaded the game and i dont know if steam can do much
