I submitted a ticket about the missing items. I got a condescending response saying:
Dear Corbent,
It comes in the form of a BLUEPRINT, available from the Craftmaster's menu.
Then I sent screenshots proving that NO, the items aren't there (or anywhere else). And the next day I got THE SAME EXACT RESPONSE. Copied and pasted. Two days in a row. Is your "support team" an AI? I am normally reasonable but this is unacceptable. And insulting.
So what's next? Should I try to force a refund through Steam? It's been three days now. I am on playthrough now. Not next week, and not next month. When have you seen anywhere that this sort of thing is considered "normal" or "appropriate"?
