After starting the DLC in co-op, fighting the first fight in the pool and the infected, we can’t continue to the roof. After talking with Ciro, when he tells us to meet him on the roof, the game goes into a black screen for both of us, but it’s not crashed. We can still see the HUD and compass, but it won’t continue.

I think everyone has this problem. I was playing with a friend and we had the same problem. The "normal" mission, when we go on the subway with Lawan, also has this bug (this was about 4 months ago, so it can be fixed). Perhaps this will be fixed soon.
