Hello, I have seen the “carriers” quest on several interactive maps. Everywhere I look, the requirements are to talk to 2 NPCs including one in the central loop and also to start the quest before finishing "The Raid". The problem is that the central loop is an area that unlocks well after finishing the quest "The Raids". Can anyone explain to me how to get this quest ?
