The game always does this, after few scenes and mission switches (usually after 30-80 minutes of playing), framerate drops to 48fps(or lower), my normal fps is 80. When i restart the game, problem fixed and i have a stable 80fps again.
I found some online posts that suggested me to switch texture settings to medium, apply, then switch to high again. That didnt help. Restarting the game to fix fps every time is really annoying, anything else i can do?

You can use HWINFO ( a free tool ) to check live temps; it will record min and max as long as it's open in the background
