Not a bug but i upgraded my electric mod on the craftsmith but where do i get it? Its not an epic level but i cant craft it or buy it anywhere, unless im doing something wrong.

once you go to your weapon modifiers you can choose which weapon mod you want to insert to the weapon

I only see the green ones i have not thr purple upgraded one

So how do i get better mods for weapons?

Cause i only have a few apprently and they are all green
