Unfinished places a tick mark on map

I can see some of the GRE Anomalies and GRE quarantine zones showing a tick mark in the map, even when I haven't done them yet.

I did not do them in any other players coop game either. I also did not just kill the anomaly wihout picking the inhibitors, I haven't even been there are night.
