No way, rtx 4060ti with also a pretty good cpu

Try reinstalling the game if havent done also try reinstalling gpu , cpu drivers and make sure there is nothing from hardware site maybe some component crashing try other game if there is no issue in other game try the above steps should fix.

If you have nvidia try updating your card
