Textures

I am experience a new issue that I never had before and that is everything on the map textures and such looks like it changes colours and same when I am turning my head everything goes black but highlights the NPCs with a red neon aura hard to explain when posting pictures isn't allowed in here.
I recently updated my drivers and windows but I doubt that is the issue, I have also tried to verify the game and changing all types of settings but nothing seem to do it, any ideas what could cause this issue?

Seems to be the latest graphics driver, try the old driver and see if it goes away.

Okey so I tried this but it didn't work but lowering my settings and them turning them back on for some reason worked, I am beyond confused

For now this issue is solved thank you Brata
