empty shell
The games randomly crashes anytime. I could play for 12 hours straight and it wont crash, or it could crash within 2 mins of playing with not error message.
I have tried reducing all setting to LOW and tried re-installing it once as well, did not help. I saw some other threads regarding this issue, but all of them were a few years old and cited that it was happening due to a new update which was later fixed.
I have played DL2 on my laptop earlier as well, it did not happen back then, I installed it a few days ago, and it has been happening ever since. This is not happening with any other games that I've been playing recently (DL1, Witcher3, FarCry6, Borderlands3)
Not sure if its some game issue or my laptop's issue, any way to figure out and fix the problem? I am a noob in this stuff so will need some hand holding

ASUS - i7 10th Gen - Windows10 - 16GB RAM - 512GB SSD - 4GB Graphics - GTX1650Ti
I know the specs are quite outdated compared PCs nowadays, but since the game used to work before, not sure what's happening now.
