2 (Remove any meta file in
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Dying Light 2\ph\work\data_platform\pc\assets and verify the game to ensure that all of the files are back to default)
3 ( If nothing worked above then do a fresh reinstall by deleting Dying Light 2 folder in SteamLibrary\steamapps\common and then uninstall on steam and reinstall )

Before any fresh install i checked and deleted every meta file there was and went and checked if it did anything and i got no results
