After I completed the Mission Veronica, I wanted to buy a new skill because I got a bunch of XP, but as I hoverd over the Skill I wanted to buy, my point just vanished. I have already contacted the support but they said that my save is corrupted and I have to start a new save. I'm already 30h+ into this save. Is there another way to earn that point?

I do not know. you can try doing a rollback, it should say how many hours back the rollback save is.
