So im not sure if the quest is bugged but
I get to the Warf Water tower [I already activated it, along with the other water towers and electrical stations], and It gives me the prompt to "Find the lost boy", but it only gives me the prompt in the very front of the building next to the vendors, and any attempt to scale the water tower or to search around the buildings results in me being "out of bounds" for the quest
Any info on this would help out great!
