Is carriers a missable quest???

I beat the game and blew up the city saving lawan and now im trying to do the carriers quest line but i cant seem to find how to do it can anyone help me?

its the pk boat in the central loop

if so i looked there and i couldnt find it

I think you have to talk with one of the carriers you meet in the PK building you end up in after Aitor kidnaps you, I think it is missable if you don’t talk to him

So now The Carriers quest can be activated even after Main Metro station in Old Villedor is abandoned

i went to this place but everyone was dead

and there was no one there

Try visiting main Metro station b4 u proceed to epilogue in "The Breakthrough" - main story quest. As u can C in first video Metro station is abandoned and water tower is under survivors control (Revolution quest done) and still there is a Carrier in Main Metro station

I just checked if First Carrier will be in main metro station if PK quest line was done (water tower controlled by PK and "Into the dark" quest done) and he will be there.
