I switched from the playstation platform to a pc and bought another license in steam, since I had the code from the second license from the pilgrim outpost account, I gave it to a friend, but I can't reconnect the platform to the account, what should I do?

I have disabled the linking of the playstation account and now I cannot link the steam account, because another platform was previously linked and I cannot use most of the functions
