whenever i start my save, i'm immediately met with the death screen.

when i try to respawn it just resets the respawn timer most of the time, but when i finally do respawn, i die the moment i spawn in, resetting the loop. it has only happened after the update

Mods cause this issue. Uninstall every mod you have and verify the games files.
