After the cutscene plays and he kills the raiders that spawns in it dosnt give him any mission marker, if he tries to go to the place he is supposed to it says "Leaving mission zone" and kills him, same happens if he switches quest, he has already tried reinstalling the game / Reloading the save as far back as he could (to my knowledge)
