Hello everyone!, I been having a trouble for like a month now, its an error that crashes the game when I turn RT on after the first 10 minutes to within an hour and a half sessions and I couldn't find a way to prevent it from happening.
The version of the game is the most recent, as well as the Nvidia drivers, Windows version and its complements.

First of all I would like to say that I have already emailed support@techland.pl but they have not been able to give me the specific reason for the error, they have only given me things that I can try such as reinstalling the game, removing mods, verifying files, reinstalling steam, updating the .NET Framework and Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, etc. I already tried everything they told me.
My computer is optimized and I don't have any other programs running in the background that could affect performance.

When I open the crash log file it tells me this:

VALIDATE_HR FAILED: Error code 0x887a0005 (unknown error)
hr = g_Globals.memory.allocator->CreateResource( &alloc_desc, &desc.resource_desc, desc.default_resource_state, desc.use_clear_value ? &desc.clear_value : nullptr, &m_Allocation,

Failed to create resource:
format=0
dimension=64x1
mipmaps=1
dbg_name=<naming_off>

D3D12MA: failed to allocate space in UPLOAD pool for resource ''''

my specs: SO Windows 11 Pro - Nvidia RTX 3080 Ti 12gb - AMD Ryzen 5 3500 6 Core 3.6Ghz - x2 DDR4 8GB 3200MHz T-Force Vulcan Z Grey CL16 - 1Tb SSD 1Tb HDD - PSU Corsair 800w

I have been playing the game until now without RT and it is a shame, I have tried many things, tried DLSS performance but that delays the crash, deactivating each RT option one by one to see which one was affecting and I discovered that just by activating it, a crash awaits me. I don't know if it is a problem with my computer or with the game itself, in any case I would like you to help me identify what it is, I know that this is happening to more people and finding a solution could help them too :)
