So basically every time I open the game some of the location turn into question marks, it is really annoying and sometimes prevent me from fast travel. Is there a way to fix it?

Do you play coop from time to time? Most of the times is because you join a game or someone joins your game that hasn't discovered those icons and for some reason it kinda mixes up and you end up with all those icons reset again :p
