Hello, I completed the NG+ and now I am missing one of the NG+ Inhibitors. Its somewhere between the bottom floor and the pk outpost inside the vnc tower. I am thinking this is a inhibitor you get when playing the vnc tower raid. Is there any way to get it without starting another NG+?
