i have a quest item that i can sell for 500 gold and its unnamed and just has a grey box as an image ive had this since the start of the game but recently i just got a 2nd one can someone pls tell me ehat this is

I had those too, but not as a quest item. Had those cause of a mod i had installed and after removing it it turned into a gray box
