#Cannot get Infected Blades Blueprint

Like it's says in the title, I can't get the blueprint for those infected knives.
I've played through most of the side quest in DL1 in my first play through but never got the blueprint.
Later, I checked on Wiki that I can obtain them by buying at Craftmaster at the Fisheye, but I checked and all it was is just materials left(I bought every upgrade). And no Infected Blades.

Please, If anyone knows What exact mission I must complete to get the blueprint or some tutorial, tell me. Techland, please fix this, such blueprint bugs was in DL1 and now here.

Edit: I just traveled through the entire sity, every inch of it was searched in hope to find Gasper.

When, I checked if this mission actually exists and turns out, that Chat GPT fooled me. I don't know what was his source to provide misinformation, but it's clearly that I didn't found a man who's supposed to give me Infected Blade Blueprint. The topic remains Open.

I think they removed it from the game coz of technical issues before. Contacting support probably your best bet for more info.

Thanks for the tip, but I've found another way: As soon as finished my NG+, I started the Bloody Ties DLC and guess what? There was an upgradable Infected Blade at Bloody Ties CraftMaster. I had to give her 100 easy samples(basically, that last level of upgrade) and as I checked, I had the blueprint.

I'll try your way too, but since I started my second NG+, I cannot check if it works rn. As soon as I get her, I'll send here a message if it worked out.
