#I'd like to Restart without New Game Plus

Hey, just finished Bloody Ties and about to finish the main story soon.
Could anyone tell me how to Restart the Campaign, but without New Game Plus(like, if i wanted to play on Hardcore, I'd choosed it from the start, right?) and keeping all items in the inventory?
I would like to repeat the Story by getting different routes, but at the same time, leveling my Legend Level and my Gear up, how can I do that?

I'm feeling comfortable at my current Normal difficulty, since my PC might be laggy at times(or it's just DL2's stupid delay before dodging, jumping and blocking) and I'd like to keep playing that way. I've noticed that there's an option called "Backup Save" where I can go back in the Campaign to redo missions by other ways I want 'em to be. But I wonder if my items will be erased too

But what if I'll do 2 New Game Plus?

#

It will be twice as hard?

I mean if I go NG+, then if I go again, the difficulty will be kept that way?

You can do it how many times you like

The difficulty won't increase

Just the XP bonuses

I mean if I start NG+

# hollow pumice Btw, would Bloody Ties DLC also reset the campaign?

NG+ should only reset story quest progression, all quests and side quests including Bloody Ties DLC quest, if that answers your question; while retaining all skills, inventory, stash, levels, etc directly related. As Synsteric said, it does not get increasingly harder if you do a second and furthermore NG+'s. The game should tell you all the prominent changes in a prompt if you are in main menu and select New Game Plus on any save.

But I have one more question to go: Would blueprints that are obtainable by completing a story in a certain way(for example, giving VNC Tower to Juan would give you Brass Knuckles blueprint), would blueprints still be still with me? I know that it applies to PK's Crossbow(it's kinda logical), but does it applies to other weapon blueprints? I'd like to collect them all and abuse wherever I want em to.
