Doesnt appear on the screen after a NG+ despite having the settings on.

Maybe u need hold TAB for see it? If I right understand what this functions do.
I play basic game, not NG+, and i need hold TAB for this HUD elements

when i did NG+ it stopped working, as in the bounty UI
