Black screen freeze

Every time i sleep or hit the respawn button when i die, the game goes black and freeze, the only thing i can do is hit alt+f4, i can play normally but in those 2 situations i cant do anything, i cant even travel to carnage hall because i get the same black screen freeze while loading
