On xbox i originally was using a piece for stamina and decided to wear the set only for it to stop working. It was only noticed after beating the tolgin and fatin quest.

Yep have the same issue, first pilgrim is now totally non-functional

For some reason leaving the game and exiting it fixed it for me. Or I shut the game off and turned it back on. I think something in the Tolgin and Fatin quest fucked it up
