Deathloop softlock in new survivor missions

I was just playing the new toxic survivor mission and it was in a renegade area, so i ended up dying because of the chemicals and it respawned me 250m away with a 10 second timer to get back, and it just keeps killing me on loop, even after i ran out of lives and also cancelled the objective. that save is just looping killing me on 10 second intervals now
