When I finish the quest to gather deltas meds and crystals once I Finish anywhere I go it’s say that I’m leaving mission area no zombies spawn no loot spawns and I’m unable to start any missions,quests and fast travel and also have god mode

Had this same problem. Basically became invincible and couldn’t interact with anyone.
