When going for the pole arm do NOT turn in all board quests at once at the pk ship, if you cannot get it to spawn roll back your game or join a player that has not done it (blueprint despawns upon quest completion )
Bug is caused from game not registering 2-3 mission turn in if you hand all in at once

For me what I did is I just did one by one doing the next after I finished the one I was doing
