PS4 transfer to PS5

I heard there was cross gen progression with an update that was a while ago. I just looked at the patch notes and the guide but before I looked at them it seems that I had the updates fully downloaded on both versions. Does this mean I can’t cross save anymore?

You should be able to no matter what in game click play game should pull up your saves that you have in the bottom says r2 to transfer ps4 data to ps5

I don’t see that option, how did you get that?

On the ps5 version of dl2 click play campaign if you look it says transfer ps4 save data
