Delta mission not getting completed

I've done it for 4 times and it still doesnt teleport me to delta and just glitches out wherever i try to go it says leaving mission area

Its okay, techland cant push an update without a game breaking bug.

Just wait for a few days, weeks or even months when they maybe fix the bug.

Before you start the survivor mission make sure that your game is in "Single Player" in order to do this please follow the steps below :
Pause Menu > Online Menu > Online Options
there change Online Game Privacy to "Single Player"

My mission went smoothly after doing this i hope it will help you as well.

thanks for the tips, we went through this and as it turned out, in order to get ammo and new guns, you need to farm tokens on these missions, it just sucks
