Joined off a friends invite but instead of joining his game it loaded me into the cutscene of being hanged at the bizarre. Lost my entire campaign progress but have my gear and stats. Really sucks because i was working on 100%ing the game, any way to fix it?

Its all good. Never had this issue before so it really threw me off when my high level aiden was all of a sudden being lynched by an angry mob

I play on new gen. I have a ticket open with techland currently so ill see what they say, at least it wasn't a complete character wipe. That would be completely heartbreaking
Ive been avoiding playing in the rare chance it can be fixed without doing a rollback but on the bright side i missed like 2 collectables early on i might be able to grab now
