No loot whatsoever spawns inside GRE hospitals besides inhibitors. Nothing on tables. nothing in containers, crystal cores don't appear when you break open pustules.
Is this a known issue of the new update?

Not all doors need the key, some you have to force open. A prompt should appear (just in case you haven’t noticed/tried that).
