redeemable item not in stash

So I just recently completed the new game plus yesterday and I checked my stash for the renegade boss mask and nothing is there. I have closed and reloaded the game many times and even switched saves still nothing. Can anyone help?

I think you need to unlink the account you have your game on pilgrim outpost and relink it, if the reward was from the outpost

If it wasn't, i do not know sadly
