In November I became soft-locked in the prologue on a ng+. I've asked for support for the devs a couple times but they haven been much help. My last rollback is 50 hours ago so I would lose close to 100 legend levels, item upgrades, etc (nearly the whole 50 hours was grinding before my ng+). Should I just bite the bullet and lose the progress or should i keep waiting and hope for it to be fixed?

you should put your save file somewhere and rollback, so if they do fix it you can just go back to your current save :)
