shout for help

I got trouble finding npcs calling for help.
I always hear them but they never marked and i run around for ever but can’t spot them. Any ideas ?

Also is there anyway to get kratos axe after the event ?
I just startet in January and missed it

only for the axe i dont think you can get the blueprint anymore but you can get the axe from someone else when he drops it for you
