As the title suggests, I managed to miss the Carriers questline entirely. The PK base is toast. I've already secured the Newall Metro Stop.
If I enter a newer player's game via Co-op, will the first carrier be in the PK base, and/or will the Fisheye bartender give me the Rats quest?
I think it's kinda bogus that you can miss an entire, major questline simply because you didn't talk to a single person before blowing up the windmill. Just my opinion.

On my knowledge it does not unlock the quest funny thing I have the same quest tried with a friend To unlock it but doesn’t unlock the quest it still tells you meet the guild bla bla bla , I just did another ng+ easy then got the quest finished. End of the song no it does not unlock it

Ugh. Thanks! I totally forgot about NG+. That pretty much solves the problem.

No problem just make sure you do it with ng+
