I know there’s 2 hidden ones
One of them is located in the waters behind the PK floating fortress
The other is inside a container on a small bridge near the car factory, covered in THV chemicals
Though these are in NG+ so I’m not entirely sure if this applies to your situation because it’s been a while since I played from a new save
