I recently had purchased the Ishmael blueprint/weapon from the Techland Pilgrim Outpost, and i loaded up my game for it to not be redeemable. I have seen and heard others having this same issue, and is there anyway to fix this? I emailed Techland support already but have not gotten a response. From what I've seen, its rare to get a response, so I decided to ask here.

I'd send a photo of it, but for some reason i cannot. It is showing up in the miscellaneous section, but the redeem button is gray and i cannot redeem it.
