Promissed blueprint missing on craftsman

So I recently bought the Funkadelic bow which description on the website is:

You're gonna have a blast.
• Bow
• Scalable damage
Blueprint included. Redeem it accordingly in the stash.

I happily got the bow but missing the blueprint to either craft it or upgrade it :’)

Any ideas maybe?

I also got some gold chest codes that were affirmative on redeeming but never landed in my chest. Probably a bug. Do you know any way to report the issue to the actual developers/game admins?

Amazing how useless was the supports answer lol. Any other ways to contact them?

Sometimes it takes a while for the blueprint to appear. Either relog the game or wait for a day and check your stash again. This happened to me when I bought the ishmael polearm.

Did you checked both of the tab in your stash? My polearm was at the extra tab but the blueprint is on the inventory tab.

Otherwise you will have to email and wait for their respond. I hope you will get your blueprint

Took the bow from extras only, gonna see what’s up in the main tab maybe it’s under the loot. Thx for the hint

Worth checking it. I have so many items just disappear when I redeemed only for it to went into the other tab in the stash

I had an issue similiar with that, if you have any mods installed it screws with it

The bow is dope but I can’t upgrade it from uncommon sadly 😭😭😭

From my knowledge funkadelic bow doest not even have blueprint normally

had all blueprints once by using mods and funkadelic did not have blueprint, maybe that description from page is just copy paste from other weapons

yeah ik, but even when u unlock all blueprints there is no funkadelic blueprint

most likely it could be a blueprint for some type of arrow. Because it has never been possible to upgrade the bow.

Dis sad, I expected it to be like the Santa Bow. As for the arrows - I think I already had all the arrow blueprints at that time.

However bought a military bow for 18k gold which had almost double the damage of this one.

Will be a lesson for me I guess
