Game crash and then I can´t longer progress with the winter tales event

The only way to get it to work again is to start a new game+ and pray that it does not crash again.

The bot deleted the message because the attached image, how to share evidences?

I can't longer progress on my personal goal
The UI of the winter progression din't appear anymore, and the event status on the bounties tab isn't showing too.
the community event participation option is enabled
I have tried restarting game, restarting pc, verify files, nothing works

I know my ideas might sound stupid, but try joining your game with the event off and then the event on again. (Also try sleeping twice in the game, it fixed my pilgrim outpost quest not progressing)
