No Cloud Sync - No Game Saves. Constant New Game Loop. | Dying Light | Page 1

I'm looking for any help. My game was fresh installed yesterday to play again. i have no saved progress for my previous 38 hours of play time. i get Cloud Sync Error or Unable to Sync everytime i do anything. Game will not save at all. i have played the start follow Hakon Mission 4 times. each game close and open i need to re do my brightness scale. Save icon appears. but no save file seems to happen. nothing sticks. it just plays as if each play is a fresh first start of the game.
I have done:
Rebooted PC,
Rebooted Steam and number of times.
Verifed Files,
SFC scannow
Disabled OneDrive
Changed files to writtable from read only.
Turned cloud on and off and tested.
Run as Admin.
Deleted game and did another fresh install. Same issue is here.

Anything at this point will help.

additional things i have tried:
turned all cloud storages off on steam and PC.
moved saved file from another PC to attempt to find or load a save at least.
game doesn't locate any saves. i cannot locate any userdata file with saves in it on this pc.
backups dont get created. manually creating them cannot be done for some reason.
verified files x2 more times.
test ran game, runs fine. auto save icon appears. back to menu. no continue option or load game options in menu. auto save is doing nothing.
attempting a 3rd fresh uninstall and reinstall after deleted everything i could find on the game...

New day. Same issue. Error in cloud sync. Unable to save any progress. Unable to sync to cloud. Game is a constant repeat like ground hog day. Every play is a new from the start play.

Have you tried to re install steam?

No. Not steam. I have no issues with any other game. So didn’t think steam was the issue

Techland has only suggested one different thing for me to try, and thats install the game on a different microsoft user account.

I had a similar problem, and reinstalling steam helped me.

So i've just tried for an hour to find Steam on my computer. i have found the file its in. but its like it doesnt exist.
