Paraglider wont work ( looks like i dont have it)

I had the paraglider for some time after a mission i did and 30 minutes after someone joined my game and we did a mission it was super buggy and then it became worse... unable to use it at all!! i stopped playing the game for a year cause i was mad trying to get it back. i came back now only to have the same damn issue. i even have it upgraded once
