If I max out my health in one playthrough and then go into new game + in that ng+ playthrough can I max out my stamina as well or is there not enough inhibitors?

Any help appreciated.

im pretty sure it does give you more inhibitors to find in the world

not 100% sure as my save was lost before i even got to do my ng+

yes of course you can

but it will take you a long time, a very long time (I did it in 4 hours)
