How exactly hallows works?Im doing missions for harper where I need to kill 5 hives? So I need to wait for them to spawn ? I was thinking they will be in each time when you go there no?

No, they need to have a Hive marker on them, blue icon with a skull in it. Only those count.

the one at near the fish eye is the easiest if it doesn't spawn fast travel and go back again
