I was playing the prologue and after one of the loading screens the game crashed! Loaded again and still crashed. I have restarted my pc but still crashes. Please help!

if you have mods enabled then those may be the issue

(uninstall the game on steam then delete the dying light 2 folder in steamapps/common)
sometimes verifying doesnt work with this sort of stuff
