That's concerning but not surprising with the devs track record on patching games

When my save was broken It worked for me taking it out the save out of it's designated folder and then running the game

Google dl 2 save location

Take the save out

Like store it on ur desktop

Do not delete

And then try to run it

if you are on pc, verify your game files.

if on console try reinstalling the game. sometimes data might get corrupted which "hides" your save file.

often more than not on pc verifying the files manages to "return" their save file.

also send a ticket to :support: with more details and they might be able to help

When my save corrupted the first time I sent a ticket, and got no response what so ever, what a load of help that was... When my second save broke I just tried to fix it on my own and somehow succeeded...

support has always answere me within 2 days, but thats just my experience. remember they are a small team. and are human too

3 weeks after launch I sent that ticket, they still didn't get to me yet, they must be smaller then I thought

400 employees as of 2021 isn't what I would exactly describe as small either, also sorry if I sound cynical or whatever I just don't have good experience with techland

a small percent of that is the support team who have to answer a LOT of support tickets

Sure but my ticket has been waiting for over a year, how long did your ticket take?

I have made dozens of ticket reports in the past few years.

none have taken longer than 2 days

maybe yours just got lost.

Or it didn't get send at all for whatever reason, well whatever maybe the ticket will work for this person

118 hours of gameplay gone to the trash

NG+ needs to be a new separate save! Want to try it myself but not while it overwrites my main save!
